WILL ALSO GIVE YOU THE CHOICE OF ENGLISH OR SPANISH. AFTER THE BEEP, DESCRIBE
THE PROBLEM AND THEN GIVE YOUR NAME AND TELEPHONE NUMBER SLOWLY AND DISTINCTLY.

IF THERE IS
ANY UNDUE DELAY IN GETTING AN ANSWER TO AN URGENT MESSAGE, CALL 714-565-3444 AND
AN OPERATOR WILL ANSWER.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO REACH THE DOCTOR IF THERE IS ENOUGH TIME BEFORE GOING TO
AN EMERGENCY ROOM. THE PROBLEM MAY BE HANDLED OVER THE PHONE WITH SIMPLE

OFFICE VISITS
WHEN YOU HAVE A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, PLEASE TRY TO ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY
WITH YOUR CURRENT INSURANCE CARD. THE STAFF HAS TO VERIFY COVERAGE EACH TIME. IF
YOU FIND THAT
YOU CAN’T KEEP THE APPOINTMENT AT THE SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME, IT IS VERY
IMPORTANT TO CANCEL AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TO MAKE THE TIME SLOT AVAILABLE TO
SOMEONE ELSE. THIS SHOULD BE DONE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. IT IS THE
PRACTICE POLICY THAT AFTER 3
“NO-SHOWS”, THE PATIENT WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO MAKE PRE-SCHEDULED
APPOINTMENTS AND WILL BE SEEN ON A WALK-IN BASIS ONLY UNLESS THEY AGREE, IN
WRITING, THAT THEY WILL PAY FOR ANY FURTHER NO-SHOW OFFICE VISITS
